As Director of Customer Relations for the Office of Information Technology, I work to ensure students, faculty and staff at The University of Alabama are familiar with our services.

I work to bring a persona to technology, and ensure our customers are aware of and comfortable with our technology services and tools.

The biggest communication fault is the assumption it has taken place. I work with teams to ensure strategic communications are readily available to necessary audiences.


Writing


Content is key. I excel in writing messages that are concise and relatable for all users, translating daunting topics like cybersecurity and network infrastructure into readable content.

People. That’s what it’s all about.
